The Frigidaire FDF50S1 is an Energy Star Compliant 50-pint per day dehumidifier capable of continuous operation when unit is located near a suitable drain. It features full-function electronic controls, an easily accessible collection container with level indicator, and a washable filter that removes both moisture and airborne particulates. Integrated casters allow you to move the unit easily to wherever it’s needed.

Does a great job at dehumidifying the basement
Looks great and works even better. It does such a great job that I need to drain the reservoir every couple of days. The only drawback….its not that quiet.

Very good performer!
I have had 3 dehumidifiers in my last 5 years in my home! Two were Whirlpools which were complete junk! I think that’s why they quit making them.

Very pleased!

Effective and well designed
This dehumidifier works well and will easily remove an entire tank (50 pints) of water from the air in about 16 hours.
